BC Hockey MHA Observation Report
West Vancouver Minor Hockey was proud to be the first minor hockey association in the Lower Mainland to participate in BC Hockey's MHA Observation Program. The program was an informal audit of the association and how it conducts its business. It was performed by BC Hockey experts and included personal interviews, self-assessments, document reviews and board function observations.
