There are several organizations that provide financial assistance to families that qualify for support. These charitable organizations will usually provide a $400 grant per registered player which WVMHA will top-up to cover the cost of registration fees for qualifying applicants. Please note there are still some costs to bear to play minor hockey. Team Fees fund team attendance at Tournaments, social events, gifts to team officials, etc, which are specific to each team; and our Rep teams have additional fees to cover paid coaches, dryland, and carding fees.
