Registration for all new players begins June 1st. The hockey season begins in September or October and runs until Spring Break.
Payment of registration fees in full is required by August 31. Players are not permitted on the ice (for games or practices) until registration fees have been paid or alternative arrangements have been made with WVMHA.
Full gear, including neck guards, is mandatory. All players are required to have black helmets. Download our equipment guide for more information.
The player medical form must be completed by September 15th. Submission of the medical form may be made electronically through EPACT or a hard copy may be provided to the team safety or manager. Subsequent to September 30, players are not permitted on the ice (for games or practices) until a completed safety document has been submitted.
Additional fees may be charged by teams in connection with participation in tournaments, paid coaches, etc. Such fees are to be paid on a timely basis when communicated by the team manager. Such fees are in addition to the registration fees presented above.
All players and parents are asked to review the policies on the WVMHA web site prior to the start of the season. Signed player codes of conduct may be required by individual teams.

Fees listed below will be discounted by $50 for early registrations between June 1st and June 30th..
Base Registration Fees
